Alright, maybe this confusion would've been cleared up if I'd actually read the miniscule article, but its way too early (10:30) for that, so....We're paying for Summit's shit? Or were they just lumping ASA's building half and Summit's half together because no one knows ASA even exists? And where'd you get the total? Does anyone know how much fundraising was collected all together that $11,700 will now be subtracted from?
Both Summit and ASA got charged seperately, but since they're in the same location the author combined them with a slash. The total is in the article, it says that each violating school was charged $11,700. Finally, I don't know where they're getting the money from, it was just a guess that they used funds that were probably meant to benefit the children in academia.
